Information regarding the 2008 Warped Tour is starting to work it’s way out onto websites the past few days.  As of right now the Warped Tour is planned to kick of on June 20th in Pomana, CA and finish up August 17 in Los Angeles.

Everytime I Die, Relient K, and The Academy Is will be he headlining bands for the tour.  Other bands that plan to being playing during the Warped Tour are Gym Class Heroes, The Briggs, TheBronx, From First to Last, The Street Dogs, Reel Big Fish, Norma Jean, We the Kings, The Devil Wears Prada, Pierce the Veil, The Color Fred, 3Oh!3, The Lordz, Katy Perry, Shw and Gym Claayze. Beat Union, The Higher, Broadway Calls and Dr. Manhattan.

Only die-hard fans probably know must of those bands, but there are definately some good upcoming bands that you have a shot at seeing before they get to big.  Take our advice and get your tickets quickly as possible for the city of your choice.

One of the biggest tours this Summer will be the Rockstar Energy Mayhem Festival.  Right now the plans are for a 30 city tour with more cities possibly added as we get closer to the tour.  If you are a hard rock / metal fan, you will definately want to get out check out this tour.  Bands like Slipknot and Disturbed are rumored to be the headliners, but nothing is 100% certain at this point.

Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers will be heading out for a huge summer tour!  The group announced on Thursday that they will begin the 36 city tour at the end of May in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Reggae-Rock band 311 (get 311 Tickets) has released some more information about their upcoming tour.  Instead of doing a short 10 city tour leading up to 3-11 day in New Orleans, they are going to be out on the road for five weeks playing some cities that they don’t normally stop at.  Even Canada is getting some 311 this go around!

The tour is scheduled to launch Feb. 22 in Las Vegas and visit US cities from coast to coast before crossing over to Canada and then wrapping with a March 31 gig in Seattle.

Carrie Underwood is planning her own little tour in the midst of her tour with Keith Urban.  Tickets start to go on sale tomorrow for Underwood’s headlining shows.  Underwood will bring along grammy-dominated Josh Turner for the dates as well.
